One of the original founders of Manday Grooming and pomade aficionado, Shon wanted to create better hair products to help people "stay weird" and embrace their individuality. Behind his swaggy hair styles and tattoos is a hard working father and husband who doesn't shy away in the face of challenges or adversity. While Shon is known for being handy or using some elbow grease to get a job done, his hair definitely isn't greasy because he only uses (and makes) the best hair pomade around. Whether you're an entrepreneur, 4th Degree Black Belt Kempo practitioner, graphic designer, motorcycle tinkerer, movie location manager, or none of the above…Manday Hemp Pomade will help your hair style keep up with your busy lifestyle.
What is Manday Hemp Pomade?
Hemp Pomade is our solution to water-based pomades that don't have enough hold and oil based pomades that are too greasy and hard to wash out. Shon formulated our pomade to be the best of both worlds: a water-based pomade with good hold, that can be restyled when needed but washed out easy when you shower. We combine natural waxes with Shea butter, Mango butter, Jojoba, & Hemp seed oil to nourish you hair and scalp while giving you a refined, clean cut style that lasts all day.
Hemp Pomade is good for these hair styles:
– Slick backs
– Side parts
– Rock n' Roll Elvis/John Travolta style
For more textured, messy, or matte/dry finish hair styles check out our Hemp Clay. To tame curly hair or permed hair check out So Wavy Curl Cream.
Who's the dude on the label?
We dedicated the label of Hemp Pomade to co-founder Shon Noda who formulated this product in his quest to make a better, natural hair pomade. Shon drew and designed our Manday logo as well as the images on each of our products. He also formulates, manufactures, and hand makes all Manday products in our Calgary lab while mentoring the Manday lab team (AKA the "yunones") with his experience and work ethic.
